Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, protect your login details and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for the content and actions you submit from your account. Report suspected unauthorised access through Contact Us.
Respect other members
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against or deceive people. Respect refusals and blocks. Do not post another person’s private information without permission, solicit money through scams, send spam or use the site for illegal activity. Sexual exploitation, content involving sexual abuse of minors and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.
Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it, you permit the site to store, display and process it as needed to provide the feature and apply your visibility settings. Only share content you own or have permission to use. Do not copy other members’ content or reuse their personal information without an appropriate basis.
Conversations and safety
Use messages and language corrections constructively. The service currently supports text chat; chat attachments and voice recording are disabled. Member identities and statements are not guaranteed. Use your own judgement when meeting people and never share passwords, payment codes or financial credentials.
Reports and moderation
Use the report tools for abuse and Contact Us for support. Staff may review reports, remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules or create a security risk. You may ask the team to review a moderation decision through Contact Us, with the relevant account or request reference.

Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access, successful matches or language-learning outcomes. External resources and services have their own terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Pausing and leaving
You can pause your account or delete it in Settings. Pausing does not delete stored content. Deleting an account removes associated records from the active site database. Removing a conversation from your inbox does not remove a recipient’s copy; content already saved outside the site cannot be recalled.
